- Ceiling area equals floor area in this basic model.
- Door and window openings are deducted from wall area only.
- An opening total larger than wall area is treated as an error.
- Wall thickness, columns, beams, built-ins, partial walls, ceiling steps, and irregular rooms are not automatically modeled in the first version.
- This is a construction-area reference, not a legal floor-area determination.
