Frequently asked questions

01What do I receive on a 100,000 sale with a 10% fee?+

With no shipping or other deductions, the fee is 10,000 and settlement is 90,000.

02What about a 100,000 sale, 10% fee, and 3,000 seller shipping?+

Settlement is 87,000.

03Are settlement and net profit the same?+

No. Product cost must be deducted from settlement to calculate per-order net profit.

04Can I calculate 3% + 300 fixed fee?+

Yes. Enter the percentage rate and fixed fee separately.

05Does the tool auto-fill marketplace fee rates?+

No. The first version requires you to enter your actual contract rate.
